As for oysters, particularly the raw oysters (as the cooked oysters are overcooked and tasteless), quality control has gone downhill and good luck waiting for the oysters to be replenished. It would be nice if they could just once offer up an alternative to their very indifferent clam chowder - gloppy clam chowder is NOT the only seafood soup out there. Then they reduced the variety of fish to the point where now almost all the dishes are some indifferent type of shrimp (typically overcooked and unseasoned to ensure total blandness). First they decided to make crab legs a pricey add-on to the buffet. The Thursday seafood buffet used to be something to look forward to - an interesting variety of fish.
It used to be pretty good by casino buffet standards. The River Spirit (Visions) Buffet has been steadily declining in quality for a couple of years now.
